Material
1 medium-sized Dreamlight Valley pumpkin
1 onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 potato, peeled and chopped
4 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp roasted cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Salt and pepper as per taste
2 tbsp olive oil
fresh parcels to decorate
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add grated onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add grated carrots and potatoes to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until they become soft.
Cut Dreamlight Valley pumpkin into pieces (peeled and seeded) and add to pan.
Add vegetable broth, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture boil, then reduce the flame and cook until all the vegetables are cooked.
Use an immersion blender to blend the soup so it becomes smooth. If you don’t have an immersion blender, carefully pour the soup into the blender.
Adjust seasoning as per taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
