5 cups cold water
1 cup sparkling water (optional for a fizzy touch)
Pieces of ice
fresh mint leaves
Lemon slices and some berries for garnish (optional)

Dissolve the sweetener
In a small bowl, mix the honey or sugar with 1 cup warm water until completely dissolved.
Combine ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and dissolved sweetener mixture. Add remaining 4 cups cold water.
Add sparkling water
If you want a fizzy drink, stir the sparkling water gently just before serving.
Chill
Refrigerate the lemon juice for at least 30 minutes so that its flavor gets absorbed and it cools thoroughly.
Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour lemon juice over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices and berries.
