Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup Recipe
Material
1 cup grated tomatoes
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup grated capsicum
1/2 cup grated onion
1/2 cup grated cauliflower
3-4 garlic cloves grated
4 cups water
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
Method of making
Heat water in a pan and add all the vegetables in it.
Mix the vegetables well and let them boil.
When the vegetables are cooked, add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
Let the soup cook for another 5-7 minutes so that all the spices get mixed well.
Serve hot and your Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup is ready.
