Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onion and garlic in it.When it turns golden, add potatoes and broccoli and cook for a while.Then add milk in it and cook till it boils.Now add paneer and cheese, mix and let it boil.Well mixed soup is ready. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
