250 gms paneer, cut into cubes
1/2 cup yogurt

Method:
To make Paneer Tikka:
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and lemon juice. Mix the juice, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt. Prepare the marinade by mixing well.
Add the paneer cubes to this marinade and mix well so that the paneer pieces are well coated.
Let the paneer marinate for at least 30 minutes.
